Product Overview
The online weighing intelligent solvent dosing system adopts the weighing method principle, utilizes advanced control theories and technologies, and conducts intelligent analysis and calculation on the solvent dosing control objects, realizing high-precision measurement and control of solvent dosing volume. It solves the problems existing in conventional flow control systems, such as inaccurate metering, control lag, and difficult calibration, and plays a positive role in improving the proportioning and dosing accuracy of flow solvent and eliminating solvent loss.
Structure Composition
The online weighing intelligent solvent dosing system consists of a solvent storage tank, feed pump, metering tank, solvent dosing pump, intelligent control cabinet, base platform, filter, check valve, safety valve, weighing sensor, pressure gauge, pipelines and other components. The automatic control system is composed of an industrial pH meter, contactors and control circuits, which is responsible for the operation of all electrical equipment.
The control mode is PLC + HMI fully automatic control. The instrument transmitter transmits the signals collected by the sensor to the PLC. After calculation by the PLC program, the dosing system is automatically controlled, and relevant parameters are displayed on the HMI interface.
Working Principle
The solvent is pumped from the solvent storage tank into the metering tank by the feed pump. A weighing sensor is installed at the bottom of the metering tank. When the liquid level (weight) of the solvent in the metering tank reaches the set upper limit, the intelligent control cabinet automatically turns off the feed pump and starts the solvent dosing pump to inject the solvent into the process system.
The intelligent control cabinet receives the tank weight data from the weighing sensor of the pulse metering tank in real time, and calculates and analyzes the weight reduction per unit time or per unit pH value, which is the solvent dosing flow rate. The solvent storage tank adopts a weighing module for automatic liquid level control. When the weighing module detects that the value reaches the set lower limit, the metering pump is stopped and an alarm is issued.

- Imported metering pumps or gear pumps (SEKO)are selected for the solvent dosing pump according to parameters such as solvent flow rate and pressure.
- The solvent dosing volume is displayed on the touch screen, allowing operators to observe and adjust the reagent injection ratio at any time.

- VDS-203: The DOSATRON operates by using water pressure as the power source. The water activates the DOSATRON, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate. Inside the DOSATRON, the concentrate is mixed with the water. The water pressure forces the solution downstream.
