1. Air control vavle
The air pressure induced by the ascending liquid within the sensing tube is transmitted via nylon tubing to the diaphragm component located in the valve head. Upon receiving this pressure signal, the diaphragm triggers the air pilot valve, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the main valve.There are no air bubbles generated at the end of the sensing tube, and there is no need to worry about clogging issues. Maximum flow 30 SCFM and the Max. differential about 10″ WC.

2. level control unit
This device is mainly applied to water accumulation in mine or sump pits. It can automatically control drainage according to liquid level without requiring power supply. It is primarily used in conjunction with pneumatic turbine submersible pumps and diaphragm pumps, enabling automatic start-stop operation of these two types of pumps, eliminating the need for manual intervention, and features simple installation and reliable performance. Moreover, as it is fully pneumatically controlled and does not consume electricity, it avoids potential hazards caused by electrical power.

3. Sump pit unit
We can supply a complete pneumatic pump system according to the schematic diagram above. The system includes a diaphragm pump, a base, a controller, a ball valve, a filter, a pressure regulator, and piping, etc. The pump outlet can be customized to NPT threads or ANSI standard flanges. The entire unit will be thoroughly commissioned before leaving the factory. Customers only need to choose a location, secure the base, and connect it to compressed air; the whole system can then operate. The model and specifications of the accompanying diaphragm pump are shown in the table below (ARO pump is available as vwalve pump):
