Product Overview

The VWALVE Dosing System is an online weighing intelligent solvent dosing system designed for high-precision chemical addition in industrial processes. Featuring PLC + HMI fully automatic control, this system ensures accurate and consistent dosing for optimal process performance.

The system uses advanced weighing technology to measure chemical dosage with high precision, eliminating the variability associated with conventional flow-based dosing systems. The intuitive HMI interface allows operators to easily set dosing parameters, monitor system status, and review historical data.

With its modular design, the dosing system can be configured for single-point or multi-point dosing applications, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial processes including water treatment, metal finishing, and chemical manufacturing.

Working Principle and Flow Chart

The intelligent control cabinet receives the tank weight data from the weighing sensor of the pulse metering tank in real time, and calculates and analyzes the weight reduction per unit time or per unit pH value, which is the solvent dosing flow rate. The solvent storage tank adopts a weighing module for automatic liquid level control. When the weighing module detects that the value reaches the set lower limit, the metering pump is stopped and an alarm is issued.

The solvent is pumped from the solvent storage tank into the metering tank by the feed pump. A weighing sensor is installed at the bottom of the metering tank. When the liquid level (weight) of the solvent in the metering tank reaches the set upper limit, the intelligent control cabinet automatically turns off the feed pump and starts the solvent dosing pump to inject the solvent into the process system.

  1. VDS-203: The DOSATRON operates by using water pressure as the power source. The water activates the DOSATRON, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate. Inside the DOSATRON, the concentrate is mixed with the water. The water pressure forces the solution downstream.
